Accelerus Terms of Use

Effective October 9, 2026

License

Accelerus is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), together with these additional terms. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls.

Safety and your responsibility

Accelerus is a training and record-keeping tool for experienced competitive shooters. It doesn't provide firearm instruction or safety training, and nothing in the app is professional advice. You alone are responsible for handling firearms safely and legally, for following the rules of your range, club and jurisdiction, and for choosing drills suited to your skill and setting. Don't use the app in a way that takes your attention away from safe firearm handling.

Your content

The drills, plans, runs and notes you create belong to you. They stay on your device and in your private iCloud, as described in the privacy policy. You're responsible for keeping your own backups, for example by using the app's export feature.

Accuracy

Scores, hit factors, times and other calculations are provided for training purposes only. They aren't official match results and may contain errors. Check anything important against the official rules of your sport.

No affiliation

Accelerus is an independent product. It isn't affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by USPSA, IDPA, or any other shooting sports organization. Scoring methods and drill names are used descriptively.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The disclaimers of warranty and limitations of liability in the Standard EULA apply to Accelerus. To the fullest extent the law allows, Propeus isn't liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from training activities, firearm use, or reliance on information in the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when they're posted here with a new effective date.
