Accelerus Privacy Policy

Effective October 9, 2026

This policy explains how the Accelerus iPhone app (“Accelerus” or “the app”), published by Propeus (“we”, “us”), handles information. It covers the app only. The propeus.com website is covered by the website privacy notice.

Information we collect

None. Accelerus doesn't send your data to Propeus or to anyone else. The app has no servers of its own, no user accounts, no advertising, and no analytics, crash-reporting or tracking software from third parties. We don't use the advertising identifier (IDFA), and we don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Information you keep in the app

As you use Accelerus, you create training records. These can include drills, skills, goals, training plans, run results (times, hits, scores and penalties), equipment descriptions, notes, and the names of the shooter profiles you set up. This information is:

• Stored on your device in the app's private storage.
• Synced through your private iCloud database if iCloud is turned on for Accelerus. The data goes to Apple's CloudKit under your Apple Account. Propeus can't see, read or access your private iCloud database. Apple's handling of iCloud data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Exported only when you ask. You can export your records as a file. Accelerus creates the file and hands it to the iOS share sheet, and from there you decide where it goes.

Accelerus doesn't use your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, health data or Bluetooth, and it never asks for permission to use them. It stores a few app preferences, like whether you've dismissed the getting-started cards, on your device using standard iOS settings storage.

Information Apple may share with us

If you've chosen to share analytics with app developers in iOS Settings (Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements), Apple may give us aggregated crash reports and usage statistics. These reports don't identify you, and Apple controls them. We only use them to fix bugs. Apple also gives us aggregated, anonymized App Store figures like download counts.

When you contact us

If you email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you send us. We use that only to answer you. We keep it only as long as needed to resolve your request, and we never sell or share it. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.

Deleting your data

• You can delete drills, plans, runs and equipment at any time inside the app.
• Deleting the app removes the data stored on your device.
• To remove synced data from iCloud, open Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage on your iPhone (wording varies by iOS version), choose Accelerus, and delete its data.

Because we never hold your training data, we can't retrieve, restore or delete it for you. You control it entirely.

Children

Accelerus is meant for adults and isn't directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live). We don't knowingly collect information from children, and the app collects no information from anyone.

Your rights

Privacy laws like the GDPR in Europe and the CCPA/CPRA in California give you rights to access, correct, delete and port your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Since Accelerus doesn't collect personal information, we hold nothing from the app that those rights could apply to, and we don't sell or share personal information. If you've emailed us, you can ask to access or delete that correspondence by contacting us at the address below.

Security

Your records are protected by iOS's on-device data protection and, when synced, by Apple's iCloud security. Accelerus contains no custom networking code that could expose them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how Accelerus handles information, we'll update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect. If a future feature would collect any data, we'll explain it here and ask for your permission in the app where the law requires it.
